Cooking

  • Place a frying pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. Wait until the oil shimmers slightly.
  • Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in the hot frying pan, smooth side down, and avoid moving them for the first five minutes.
  • After five minutes, carefully flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional three to five minutes until cooked through.
  • Add the minced garlic, butter, and parsley to the pan. Stir gently as the butter melts.
  • Drizzle the mixture over the chicken thighs and pour in the chicken broth or white wine. Let it cook for a few minutes until the liquid reduces.
