Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken strips with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Add the spices: ground cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, and cinnamon. Mix everything well.
  • Add minced garlic and lemon juice to the chicken mixture. Stir to combine, ensuring the chicken is well-seasoned.

Cooking

  • Prepare your skillet or grill for cooking the chicken. Once heated, add the spiced chicken strips in a single layer.
  • Cook the chicken on medium to medium-high heat, turning occasionally until done.

Garlic Sauce Preparation
