  • 2 lbs Chicken tenders, thighs, or breast Choose any cut you prefer.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 stick Butter For the sauce.
  • 8-10 cloves Garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for better flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tsp Red pepper flakes Adjust for desired heat.
  • 1/3 cup Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Freshly ground is best.

Preparation

  • Start by preparing the chicken. Place your chicken tenders, thighs, or breast in a mixing bowl, ensuring they’re evenly spaced.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes until well blended.
  • Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it sit for a while.
  • While the chicken marinates, prepare your grilling surface. Heat the grill or grill pan adequately.

Cooking

  • Carefully place the chicken on the grill or grill pan, ensuring a nice sizzle.
  • Cook until each piece is golden brown and reaches a juicy tenderness.
  • Melt the stick of butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then mix in the parsley, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the butter sauce over the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking.
  • Allow the chicken to rest for a few moments before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make sure the chicken is patted dry before marinating for better flavor infusion. Adjust the hot sauce to your preferred spice level.
