Preparation

  • Begin by preparing the chicken thighs. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Season the thighs liberally with salt, black pepper, and paprika, ensuring both sides are coated evenly. Set them aside.

Garlic Oil Mixture

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil and minced garlic. Stir well to incorporate.

Air Frying

  • Transfer the seasoned chicken thighs to your air fryer basket. Drizzle the garlic-oil mixture over the top.
  • Arrange the chicken so they are not overlapping.
  • Cook in the air fryer until golden and crispy, checking the internal temperature.

Creamy Sauce

  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest.
  • In the same bowl used for the chicken, melt the butter and whisk in chicken broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.

Serving

  • Return the sliced chicken thighs to the sauce and let them soak up the flavor.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Make sure chicken thighs are at room temperature. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
