  • 1.5 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
  • 0.5 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder

Preparation

  • Mix well to create a flavorful coating for the chicken thighs.

Coating the Chicken

  • Carefully add the chicken thighs to the bowl with the seasoning mix.
  • Use your hands to massage the oil and spices into the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated.

Arranging and Roasting

  • Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up in a single layer on a baking sheet or roasting pan, leaving space between each piece.
  • If desired, tuck some lemon wedges around the chicken.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and let the chicken cook until the skin is golden brown and crispy, checking occasionally.

Notes
