Preparation

  • Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Mince the garlic cloves finely and set aside.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, ketchup, and soy sauce. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add the minced garlic and dried oregano to the sauce mixture and stir to incorporate.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot and pour the honey garlic sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for about 4 hours.
  • After cooking, remove the lid and check if the chicken is tender and cooked through.
