Cooking

  • Arrange the thighs evenly in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through and slightly crisp on the outside.
  • Check for doneness and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Pat the chicken thighs dry before adding the spice mixture to enhance adherence of the spices. Let the chicken rest after baking for better moisture retention.
