Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, white sugar, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  • Drizzle the olive oil into the spice mixture and stir until it forms a cohesive paste.
  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a baking dish and coat each thigh thoroughly with the spice mixture.

Cooking

  • Arrange the coated chicken thighs in the baking dish with space between them.
  • Bake the chicken thighs until cooked through and slightly crisped on the outside, about 30 minutes.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serving

  • If desired, sprinkle fresh snipped herbs on top just before serving.

Notes
