Preparation

  • Lightly season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Transfer the seasoned chicken breasts into a baking dish, arranging them in a single layer.
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken breasts and ensure each piece is evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the chicken until it reaches the desired doneness.
  • Once done, take the baking dish out of the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken in the garlic butter for a few hours before cooking. Make sure to evenly coat the chicken with the garlic butter mixture. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (safe at 165°F).
