Ingredients
  

Chicken and Seasoning

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness Pound to ensure even cooking.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil For frying.
  • 1-2 teaspoons 21 Salute Seasoning or poultry seasoning Seasoning for chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper To taste.

Sauce Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup white wine or chicken broth Use as necessary.
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter Add more for extra sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced Or to taste.
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley Optional for garnishing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Season the pounded chicken breasts with the 21 Salute Seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Cooking

  • Carefully place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and sear without moving for several minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip the chicken over using tongs, pour white wine or chicken broth around it, then lower the heat to medium.
  • Add the unsalted butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring gently as the butter melts.
  • Cook until the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature and the sauce is glossy.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet to a plate and let it rest briefly before serving.

Serving

  • Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the chicken, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and enjoy.

Notes

For sides, consider serving with rice or roasted vegetables. Leftovers can be enjoyed cold in a salad or reheated.
