  • Add the ground chicken to the pan, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until no longer pink.
  • Season the mixture with kosher salt and fresh black pepper. Then pour in the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar, stirring to combine.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer gently to blend the flavors.
  • Stir in the cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.
  • Drizzle with toasted sesame oil and adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • Serve the chicken mixture onto plates, garnished with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
