  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, add the ground chicken along with diced red onion, minced garlic, finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and roughly chopped baby spinach.
  • Sprinkle in the fresh dill, dried oregano, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Mix everything together thoroughly using your hands until the mixture is uniformly combined.
  • Carefully form the mixture into four large patties, ensuring they are of even thickness for uniform cooking.

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is gently sizzling, add the patties to the skillet, being careful not to crowd them.
  • Cook the burgers for roughly five minutes on each side, until golden-brown.
  • Once cooked through, remove the patties from the skillet.

Assembly

  • Assemble your chicken burgers with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Ensure your patties are evenly shaped for even cooking. Don't overmix the chicken and ingredients; just combine until everything is melded together. Let the patties rest for a few minutes after cooking to keep them juicy. Use a non-stick skillet to prevent the patties from sticking.
