Preparation

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the pound of ground chicken along with the minced garlic.
  • Cook for about 6-8 minutes, breaking apart the chicken until it's cooked through and golden.
  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, cornstarch, and grated ginger.

Cooking

  • Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet.
  • Stir to coat the chicken and continue cooking until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.

Serving

  • Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve over rice or in lettuce wraps.

Notes

This dish can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge. Reheat gently to preserve texture. Adjust the spiciness by modifying the chili garlic sauce.
