  • Add avocado oil or melted butter to the spice mix to create a marinade. Stir until well mixed.
  • Coat the chicken thighs thoroughly in the marinade.
  • Transfer the chicken thighs to a baking dish, arranging them in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
  • Let the chicken rest before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
