  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs Can substitute with crushed crackers or panko.
  • 1 egg Acts as a binding agent.

Seasonings

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For Cooking

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking patties.
  • Burger buns and toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc.)

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with the finely chopped spinach.
  • Add the shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and the egg to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  • Add the minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated, avoiding over-mixing.

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet or grill over medium heat.
  • Form the chicken mixture into evenly sized patties.
  • Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Let the patties rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Assembly

  • Assemble your burger with toppings of choice like lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
