  • Add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it up as it browns for about 5 to 7 minutes until no pink remains.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Pour it over the cooked chicken.
  • Stir to coat the chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Add sliced green onions and cook for an additional minute.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and mix well.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
