Cooking

  • Bake the chicken uncovered for 18-22 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Once done, remove the chicken from the oven and tent it with foil.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5-7 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  • Serve warm.
