Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Begin by heating a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken when the pan is warm.
  • Use a spatula or spoon to break it apart as it cooks, aiming for a uniform color without any pink.

Cooking

  • Once the chicken is cooked through, pour in the chili oil and stir it in to coat the meat evenly.
  • Sprinkle the salt and black pepper over the chicken, mixing well.
  • Gradually add the brown sugar to the skillet and stir continuously to dissolve completely.
  • Carefully pour in the buffalo sauce, followed by the cider vinegar, stirring to combine.
  • Add the ginger, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika, mixing until evenly blended.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and check that the chicken is evenly coated in the sauce.

Serving

  • Serve the chicken over cooked rice in bowls, garnished with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
