Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Gently slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, chopped spinach, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, and half of the salt.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture and transfer to a baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. Always check for doneness carefully.
