Cooking

  • Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the breaded chicken to the skillet and let it sear until golden brown on both sides.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté briefly.
  • Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for a minute.
  • Add heavy whipping cream, stirring gently to combine.
  • Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper until smooth.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce and simmer briefly.
  • Stir in chopped fresh basil before serving.
