- 1 cup Pineapple Juice adds moisture

- 0.33 cup Brown Sugar adds sweetness
- 0.25 cup Sweet Chili Sauce introduces sweetness and heat

- 1.5 teaspoon Cornstarch thickens the sauce

Instructions
Preparation
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Season the pieces evenly with salt and pepper.
Cooking the Chicken
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
- Cook the seasoned chicken pieces for about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and no longer pink.
Making the Sauce

- Stir well and heat until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
