Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices good quality Herb Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 5 oz dry Stuffing Mix
  • 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 18 oz jar of Turkey Gravy
  • Dried parsley flakes (optional) For garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions, normally adding boiling water to thicken. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and turkey gravy until smooth.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Assembling the Roll Ups

  • Take a slice of turkey and spoon about ¼ cup of stuffing onto it. Roll it up tightly, seam side down in the baking dish.
  • Repeat until all turkey slices are filled and rolled.
  • Pour 1½ cups of the gravy mixture over the turkey rolls, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Sprinkle optional dried parsley flakes on top.

Baking

  • Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake until hot and bubbly, checking for bubbling sauce around the edges.
  • Warm the remaining gravy in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Notes

Ensure the stuffing isn’t too dry before rolling into the turkey. Allow the roll ups to rest after baking for easier serving.
